“Nazi Ben,” waits for a client at a “tattoo party” in the fall of 2004. Ben is a homeless, unlicensed and “self taught” tattoo artist. He supports a drug habit in part from the proceeds of the tattoo parties, which are frequently nothing more than a group of newly indicated and underage gang members.
